1. Claim window: Contact us within 48 hours of your service being completed, by phone at (817) 601-7091 or by email at ianblackdetailing@gmail.com. Please include photos of the areas you are not happy with.
2. We make it right first: We will inspect your vehicle and re-service the affected areas at no charge, at a time that works for you.
3. Full refund: If you are still not satisfied after the re-service, we will refund 100% of the price you paid for that service to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. What is not covered: Pre-existing damage noted during our inspection (such as deep scratches, rock chips, dents, permanent stains, tears or failing clear coat), and anything that happens after the service is completed (such as rain, road grime, new spills or improper washing). Ceramic coating claims also require that the aftercare instructions we provide were followed.
5. Scope: Results are judged against what is included in the service or package you booked. Add-ons are covered at their own price. Tips are not refundable.
